Plans, trial and billing

Free: 2 active projects, unlimited product capture, client links with approvals and 1 GB storage.

Pro: €9 a month billed yearly (€108) or €11 monthly — unlimited projects, branded exports, pricing maths, proposals and alternatives, 20 GB.

Studio: €19 a month billed yearly (€228) or €24 monthly — everything in Pro plus your whole team, tasks, schedule, files and messages, and 100 GB shared storage. Extra storage costs €4 a month per 100 GB.

Prices are the same worldwide, billed in euros, plus VAT where applicable. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, which issues your invoices.

Every new Altanik account gets a 14-day Studio trial. When it ends without a paid plan, the account moves to Free — nothing is deleted.

The first 200 paying accounts become founding members and keep their launch price for as long as their subscription stays active.

Settings → Billing shows your plan, status, renewal date and storage. Owners and admins can upgrade from the pricing page and use “Manage billing” to change plan, update the payment method, download invoices or cancel.

On Free, only your 2 most recent active projects can be edited; others stay readable and can be exported, archived or deleted. Capturing products and receiving client approvals always work.

In Settings → Referrals, share your link with another studio. When it starts a paid plan, you both get one month free (up to 12 rewards a year).
